During the week of the Congress, there will be indoor exhibition space hosting over 100 exhibition stands, right at the heart of the venue.
This represents a great opportunity for Irish products, crafts, tourism and services, to reach a huge and interesting audience. With an expected daily attendance of 20,000 – 25,000 the exhibition is sure to attract large crowds of people from all across the globe to walk around and explore the range of organisations and products on display.

Stands are constructed of modular framework in widths of 950 mm – white walls with aluminum poles and fascia. Stand cost is per sq metre and includes shell scheme i.e. divider and side walls -2.5 metres high, fascia board with company name, lighting and double socket: € 200 per sq metre. Space only may be available on request

Please note balcony is on Level One and footfall will be less than ground level. Stand cost is per sq metre and includes shell scheme as above: €120 per sq metre.
Fifty percent (50%) deposit on bookings received before 1st May 2012, with the balance payment due on or before 11th May 2012. Payment in full for bookings received after 1st May 2012. Stands may be reserved by completing and returning the Application for Space form together with appropriate payment.
