You cannot book accommodation until you have booked to attend the Congress for one, three or seven days.

UCD - Campus Accommodation

The UCD Campus is in Belfield, 4.5 km south of the city centre and 2.5 km from the RDS. Apartments each have 6 ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen and living space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and microwave but does not have self-catering facilities. Bedrooms are fully equipped with bed linen and towels and wifi internet access is also available.

UCDMeals are served in the campus restaurant and the apartments are within easy access to coffee shops, launderette, convenience store, bank and post office. A half board option to include dinner is available at the time of booking. The campus also has a leisure centre with indoor and outdoor running track and an Olympic sized swimming pool.

Dublin city centre is easily accessible from UCD with numerous buses passing the university’s main entrance. RDS is reached by alighting at Donnybrook and walking approximately 15 minutes to the Congress venue.

Dublin City University

Dublin City University is located just north of Dublin city about 9km from the RDS. This modern campus with excellent facilities and easy access to the city centre and Ballsbridge is perfect for groups looking for budget accommodation.

Campus facilities include a convenience store, pharmacy, bank, dining hall, bar and sports centre.

Comfortable apartments, each with five ensuite bedrooms, and a shared living/kitchen/dining area. Each apartment comprises four single ensuite rooms and one superior ensuite room.

Each bedroom has a study area and internet access. A telephone (incoming calls only) and cable connection are provided in the living area of each apartment.

College Park apartments, Dublin City UniversityCollege Park Apartments

Standard apartments, each with either four or five ensuite bedrooms (one superior room in each apartment), and a shared living/kitchen/dining area. This accommodation is fitted and furnished to a very high standard. Each bedroom has internet access and a study area. Telephones (incoming calls only) and cable connection are located in the living area of each apartment.

Superior College Park Apartments have double bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Each bedroom has cable connection, internet access, telephone (incoming calls only), TV, hairdryer and a study area.

The RDS is accessible by public bus and DART (train).

Trinity College Campus Accommodation

Trinity College, Dublin, is one of the oldest universities in the British Isles, and the oldest in Ireland. Founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I, the college is in an enviable position in the very heart of Ireland's capital.

Trinity CollegeThe accommodation available within the campus reflects the various architectural periods during which the College has been in existence. The rooms range from older traditional student style accommodation in buildings of character, right up to modern buildings where the rooms have private bathroom facilities.

The truly unique location ensures that Trinity is an ideal place to base yourself when you visit Dublin city. One of the leading visitor attractions, the Book of Kells, is housed on the campus, and Trinity itself is within walking distance of shops, other major visitor attractions, theatres, cinemas, museums and libraries. Standing on a self contained site, the College itself covers some 35 acres of cobbled squares and green spaces surrounded by buildings which represent the accumulated architectural riches of nearly 3 centuries.

Apartment Accommodation – Botany Bay & Front Square Buildings

Located in historic parts of campus and recently renovated, the apartments have two or three single bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen / livingroom. The kitchen is suitable for tea/coffee making facilities & light catering. All bedrooms have individual locks. While the bathroom is shared in these apartments they are modern and comfortable and the superior accommodation option within the Trinity Campus. Wifi internet access is available in Front Square at a cost of €15 for the duration of stay. There is no internet access in Botany Bay.

Ensuite Single Accommodation – Pearse Street Building

Accommodation consist of a basic single-bedded rooms with own private bathroom equipped with shower, toilet & wash basin. All rooms have access to a shared kitchen for tea/coffee making facilities & light catering. There is no internet access in this building.

Single or Double Accommodation - Goldsmith Hall

Apartments have mostly 4 or 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. Network connections and television points (within livingroom) are available. Each apartment has central heating.

Please note: While the standard of accommodation is excellent, this is campus accommodation and thus some services are limited. Linen and towel change is weekly and hairdryers and TVs are not provided in the rooms.

All rooms are inclusive of continental breakfast which is served in Buttery Restaurant.

Not all room types are wheelchair accessible and there is a bit of walking required within the campus. Should you have accessibility requirements, please note this and contact the congress secretariat prior to booking for further information.
